Review content:
You hear so much of support groups for those affected by drug addiction and alcoholism, but when I finally came to grips with the fact that I was literally addicted to video games, it was difficult to find help without judgement. People would tell me I was weak, lazy, and just needed to ""pick myself up by my bootstraps"" and get some control over my life. I always read about and had an interest in hypnotism. Call me corny, but I found it to be like magic, the ability to fine tune the mind to do anything you desire. Luckily, Daniel Rose was a hypnotist that just happened to be in the North Jersey area. One appointment with him was the only confirmation I needed to know that through the power of hypnosis, I could get back on the right track. I regularly practice the self-hypnosis that Mr. Rose taught me right after my session and it's worked wonders on my ability to focus and manage my time. Hypnosis isn't just for quitting smoking and ditching bad habits, it really is a tool for self-growth.
