Review content:
The Owner, Megan, is rude. her manners, attitude towards customers makes you wish she would take a class in customer relations. Not only did she ruin my son's birthday by constantly making remarks that ""children"" are being chaotic (they are toddlers for God's sake), but kept on saying ""this is the worst event ive ever hosted"" straight to our face. she complained several times, while we tried to keep it calm even though we paid alot of money to have our son's birthday on her farm. Not only that, after the event was over we reliazed that she over charged us 20$ in processing fees - This lady has no idea how to treat potential return customers. I know she managed to ruin our day, and im out 20$ (not a big deal) shes out 12 potential customers. thats the most rediculuous thing you can do running a business. Beware and stay away
Aparently, the owner has recently seen this review and i have been recieving emails on a daily basis saying I am a ""black man in a red sweater who shouted at her instructor"" and that kids were running behind horses. None of that is true. Megan also threatened me with a slanderous law suit if i dont take the comment down. and the fun continues....
