Review content:
This catering company turn my daughter's wedding into a disaster! They sent two ""hired helped"" (they promised both owner's would be there) and the hired help was clueless what to do! They were contracted to be there at 1pm (wedding at 3) and they showed up at 2:40pm.
They will promise you the world to get your business but your wedding or any event will turn into a disaster!
Please don't use them! Worse company (if you want to call it that!) in the Roanoke, Salem, Boonesmill, and Smith Mountain Lake area I have ever had to deal with.
When I got my invoice handed to me I told them I wanted to speak with the owner. When they got her on the phone she said she had to go to her daughter's game and that is why she wasn't there (hello ~ I paid you to be there it was my daughter's wedding and it's YOUR business agreement ~ company).
They would not return calls, emails unanswered, and the most disfunctional businesses I have ever worked with.
All I can say is, DO NOT USE THEM! I am SO sorry I did.
You can't repeat your wedding day, or a special event, don't let this company distroy it!
