I had a problem, and I went to Premier Automotive for them to fix it. I don't live near them, but I broke down there. They fixed the issue. Their customer relations is first class.
They were very kind, personable, and considerate. They really cared about my situation and got right on it. They actually had the problem taken care of before I got home, which is 3 hours away.
They had the kind of customer service that you don't see with larger businesses. As a small business owner myself, I pride myself on the same kind of good service. Ryan is a really good guy and kept me totally informed about what was going on. They got everything done properly.
