In response to ""what a horrible place?
I have been a banfeild client for just over a year now. The staff there is the most caring informative and attentive of any veterinary hospital i have encountered. From what i have read you brought your cat to a veterinary clinic that you had never been too, with no medical records, and it is a veterinarins job to inform you of your OPTIONS. My cat had diabetes and with my low income they helped me help him as much as i could. I euthinized my beloved cat as well, and they made it as peaceful for me and him as possible, and when it was the last option.. theres that word again, option which they gave you, instead of just killing every pet that walks in the door. I'm sure they just wanted to help, and make sure this was the last step. I love banfeild, they loved my cat and sent me a sympathy card signed by the entire staff. I strongly disagree with you, and i'm sorry for the loss of your cat, but they were just doing their jobs. They are the complete opposite of everything you said in this post. I'm sure they had the best intentions at heart, giving you the option to treat, or euthanize
they have exceeded my expectations by a long shot, thank you banfield staff!!
