This place is a joke. What a bunch of greedy money grubbers. I took my 22+ year old cat in to be euthanized. My family has been struggling wit this decision for quite a while now. She was diagnosed with throat cancer 6 years ago in Texas and given 2 months to live. It finally all caught up with her this week. She was passing blood and stopped eating and was clearly in pain. We made an appointment to euthanize her at Banfield, they told me to come in at 2:30,which I did and when I got there they stuck me in a room for 30 minutes and did nothing but make me feel guilty for wanting to 'kill my cat', instead offering to do the humane thing which was apparently to pay them hundreds and hundreds of dollars in blood tests and treatments for diseases they didn't even know if she had. I left, paid nothing (not even the exorbitant office visit fee) and will never enter the doors of that ridiculous place ever again. If that Vet needs a new car she should find a way to do it without taking advantage of pet owners trying to do the right thing. Absolutely shameful!!!!!
