I was very impressed when I came upon the universal outdoor gym right in the middle of the four sections here in Co-op city as I was doing my power walking. It made my walk interesting because I was able to stop do some toning and stretching and then proceed with the cardio. I met a couple of people who joined in who were just passing throug as well. The equipment was easy to use with the visual step by step instructions. Its a great idea for people who have busy schedules and can not make it to the gym. The concept of being outdoors and working out was genius Plus it is cost effective...it's FREE.
