I Called a National chain steam extraction company to clean a couple of rooms and do a few repairs, before a party I had. Well they didn't show up until 5 hours late and when they did the guy running the show was clueless and tried to jack the price up while we walked around looking at the carpet. so I called these guys and on the same day they not only cleaned my carpet but did a little upholstery work in addition to the repair work. NO additional charges! Dried quickly and you can't see the repairs.
