Review content:
I contacted Crescent Family Dentistry in the middle of the night with a toothache using 1-800-dentist. Early the next morning, I received a call from 1-800-dentist saying that they spoke with Crescent Family Dentistry and that someone from their office would return my call to schedule an appointment. I waited for 4 more hours, and ended up calling Riccobene Assoc. I didn't end up hearing back from Crescent until I had already seen the other dentist (from Riccobene) and had the problem taken care of. Crescent took 2 days to return my call, and they knew I had a toothache (the receptionist asked about it when she finally called me).
The way I see it is that if it takes 2 days to call someone back that has a toothache, then they must have too many patients and don't need my business!!
