Before you let these people in your house w/ your family & trust them w/ all your belongings - check their ***CRIMINAL RECORDS***! It's all public information that can be found. They are unskilled, unprepared and totally irresponsible. They ruined our new leather sofa. They let it sit in water/liquid for five days. One side is darkened, stiffened, has frame damage & attractive white mold spores. A very reputable leather restoration/cleaning specialist said there was pretty much no chance of it ever looking like it did before the move. They also damaged dining room chairs, a piano, a very expensive inherited Stickley bed, a washer, a dryer, a PC (they dropped), etc. They were 4 hours late, had me sign a paper really quickly before they could start (even though they had already started and I was helping pack and in a desperate rush when he had me sign it). He gave me no copies and didn't show me the other pages/back with the .60 on the lb. disclaimer. Whatever you do, look for that and don't sign it. Better yet, DON'T GO WITH THEM, THEY'RE CRIMINALS! A 1 day move turned into a 5 day move. And yet, they still had time to play (running around) w/ my son's whoopie cushion.
Pros: No pros and they are definitely not pros. Unless you want to ruin all your belongings & bring some felons into your house.
Cons: Irresponsible, unskilled, unprepared, dishonest - when they ruin your furniture they do nothing - even though they claim they've never had problems & tell you they're insured & bonded
