Extremely terrible customer service!!! Will never be using them again. Had some work done about 10 months ago and it was fine; then took another car there yesterday and received terrible service and was treated very poorly. They talked to me like I didn't know what I was talking about when expressing what was wrong with my car. They tried to explain what was wrong and they told me my car didnt even have the part I was referring to but they would look at it and call me back to tell me what was ACTUALLY the issue. Low and behold and hour later they called back and told me it was exactly the part I had said it was!!! Then they go on to quote me a price which I thought was reasonable but then another hour later they called back and said that they had misquoted and the price would be another $100 more. At that time I told them not to touch my car and I would come back and pick it up; they said it would be ready to pick up in the morning. I called this morning to see if I could pick up and they indignantly said it had been ready for over an hour. Have never been treated like this before by a vendor and don't intend to ever be again. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!!!
