Review content:
Montien is my default for getting delicious food when I have a few extra bones in my pocket. When I first heard of Montien, I was beyond pumped. Sushi and Thai, you say? Well, those are the two of my favorite things combined!
The food lived up to my expectations. The best thing is to get them combined. I mostly go during lunchtime because the combo boxes are the best deal. For around $14, you can get a sushi roll, pad thai, salad and tempura vegetables.
I agree with a few of the other reviews that say the service is not great. That has been my experience. Out for lunch with my boss, she felt sort of awkward while we waited 15 or 20 minutes for my meal to come to the table.
So, I say get it to go. Go to the bar to pick up your carry out or use Foodler or another delivery service to get it straight to your door. For delivery, there is a $10 minimum, but there is no delivery fee.
