Review content:
This roofing company is TERRIBLE. We didn't get to choose this roofer as it was the selling agent who chose him as part of our new home purchase. This is another case of Mike Hill cashing a check and not finishing a job. It's been over a month since they started work on our roof and they still haven't finished. They may or may not show up when they say they will, their work is questionable at best. Per my city inspector they have violated several city codes and Mike Hill is now starting his laundry list of excuses as to why he can't meet with the inspector to explain himself and correct the errors. I have a new leak in my roof, damaged fascia boards, exposed and bent flashing, nails where there shouldn't be, holes in the felt paper under the shingles, etc. In addition, I've hadl debris (including downed gutters) in my yard for over three weeks...and I could go on. The City Inspector has even suggested that we begin Civil Proceedings. I have no problem leaving my name and number for Mike Hill and TX Preferred roofing to call me back to right the many wrongs here. As a matter of fact, anyone interested in an honest referral (not a list provided by the roofer) is welcome to contact me as well.
