Review content:
i called them the night before my appointment to move it to a later time. they were not open so i left a message for them to call me first thing in the morning. i did not receive a call until 12:30 from the tech saying he would be there in 10 mins. i told him it was no good i needed a later time he told me to call the office. when i called the manager was put on the phone where he told me there was nothing he could do but to reschedule me for yet another week later after i had to wait a week in the first place. when i tried to work something out with him he said there was nothing that could be done that i had to :DEAL WITH IT"" then he HUNG UP ON ME. i then had to call my insurance company and complain to them. I WILL NEVER USE THEM EVER AND YOU SHOULD NOT EITHER...
