My s.u.v. was just recently in a car accident with damage to the front end of my vehicle so my insurance ""progressive"" took over responsibility and had my vehicle towed by alliance one to there facility in San Diego due to damages that they beilieved was cause for a total loss. seeing that i had to work that day i locked my vehicle and gave the keys to my parents to give over to the alliance one tow truck driver, also i took all my belongings out of the vehicle except for my stereo system which was professionally installed and since my parents were moving i also had another enclosed box with 2 ten inch speakers in the vehicle which i was transporting to my house which the speakers were blown out on but i had a 12 inch sub in the vehicle as well which was in very good working condition. some how between the transporting of my vehicle to there facility my 12 inch JL subwoofer was stolen from my S.U.V. when i spoke to the manager of the facility he told me they take an inventory of all items in the vehicle which they had done but some how the only speaker they cared to mention were the 2 ten inch speakers which were blown out so its obvious that the last person to see my 12 inch subwoofer was the tow truck driver which in fact was a friend of the manager of the facility of alliance one who told me that he is a very honest person as well as all of his employees! who would of thought there would be not even one dishonest person working for that company????? It just seems odd that there are about 30 honest employees working for that company which i cannot believe! IN my best opinion and a word of advice don't use this company!!!! Make sure to take pictures of any valuables you may have if you do decide to use them, they would not replace my items and the manager of this facility who had an attitude about the situation was very unprofessional and has left a bad taste in my mouth!!!!
