Review content:
I was sorely disappointed with the customer service at the Detroit location and now understand why we were the only two customers in the store.
We bought an assortment of items to take to my parents house and I bought one item for myself. I bought one of the caramel apples - even though it was a little pricey I thought it looked very good. Too bad I will never know.
The girls who were more focused on their conversation then boxing up our order put the caramel apple in the same box with the other items. To do so, they laid it on it's side. So my caramel apple was covered in assorted things that became stuck to it (such as sprinkles, paper wrapper from other items, chocolate, etc). I tried pulling the paper and other things off of my plain caramel apple but that pulled the caramel off and left it a wreck. Needless to say, that was $5 down the drain.
Everyone else enjoyed their items but I was very, very disappointed with my experience. I think they need to invest more in customer service training if they want to keep the store packed with customers.
