I must say being from Los Angeles and moving to Houston has been a big shocker. I had no idea how much I had missed the non-smoking of a lounge/ club till moving here. I'm telling you from experience that once you have experienced not smelling and feeling like you smoked a pack a cigarettes the next day when you know you don't ever smoke, then you will be happy to be in a smoke free lounge/club.
