Review content:
I have to say living here with my family has it positives and downsides. For one, the apartments are have tons of space, especially for a one bedroom, it is excellent. It is convenient as far as not going far for shopping or other needs. The downsides are that there are no background checks. People are not very friendly for neighbors, and there are a lot of questionable people that come and go through here. Having kids here I would not recommend. The pool space is a bit small, but they do upkeep it pretty well. There are not many garbage dumps nearby. The office staff can be nice, depends on how you are as far as paying your rent etc. Noise is always a problem for other neighbors. A positive is there is a lot of law inforcement, but then again that can be a bad thing. All in all I recommend a single person or a couple with no kids living here.
