I used Try It Dry for my grandmother's carpet cleaning, and I'll never use anyone else again. Our neighbors had TID clean their expensive Oriental rugs, and they recommended the company very highly.
It's a family-owned company, so my grandmother felt very safe having them in. She has a cat and a dog, so her carpets needed special attention. She also has allergies so we couldn't afford to risk mold by having steam cleaning.
We were blown away by the attention to detail-- there were no spots or stains left, and absolutely no pet odor. The dry cleaning products contain no VOC's, so there was no problem with her allergies. Best of all, it's been a couple of months since they were here, and the carpets still looks great. We are totally sold on dry carpet cleaning, and the nice people at Try It Dry are welcome back anytime!
