I went into this salon with zero expectations, and was really pleasantly surprised. It is a full service salon with very pleasant staff - not pretentious at all. It was really easy to get an appointment, the prices are really reasonable, and my hair turned out great. They also have a full range of spa services, so you can get other things done while you're there (i.e. waxing, nails, etc) The only weird thing is that they do not include the price of blowdrying into the cost of your cut -- that is extra.
Pros: great prices, friendly staff, not pushy w/ products
Cons: extra $$ for blow dry
