Review content:
I've been going to this cleaners for years, & have had a lot of good experiences. Recently there have been new employees added & the old are gone. Here lately when I come in to get my clothes, they either are not ready or they have been coming back with problems. And to make matters worst, the new lady they have working in the morning can't ever offer a reason why this is happening, and she never has a clue on what to do to rectify the situation. Seems to me they would have hired someone with some kind of knowledge of the business they were representing. I really miss the old employees, at least they knew what they were doing.
