I hardly lived in this apartment for a year. I slept in my bed, occasionally made food in the kitchen. I didn't have any furniture, host any guests, or eat in any of the common living space. My roommate lived there for 3 months before moving in with her boyfriend (she still paid rent).
Despite that, they took nearly 700 dollars out of the security deposit for ""Carpet cleaning, repairs, painting, and cleaning"".
There were roaches in the apartment since day one, yet when I contacted the office, they never responded. There was a GIANT leak in the roof which endangered my things, and they never responded regarding that. I had to park a traschcan under the hole whenever it rained. They also never responded to an email until a month before I moved out. What the HELL?
I would NEVER rent with them again, despite them being ""socially conscious"" they managed to rip me off/piss me off/ignore me.
Thanks for nothing, jerks.
