Review content:
We noticed water backing up in our basement and called Roto Rooter on a Sunday afternoon. Man..... I had no idea they would even pick up the phone. The customer service was steller. They informed me that someone would be out between 2-4pm. Sure enough, door bells dings at 3pm. The service tech was professional, put on his booties and went to work. An hour later, issue is fixxed. Highly recommend these guys/gals. They are a first class organization with a ""customer 1st"" priority. Many Thanks, Roto Rooter!
