LOVE these guys. I ain't all that computer literate, I'll admit, but these guys really got the job done - never written a review before but these guys deserve it. Actually ran into them when I was running errands and they were doing some networking. They're actually two local boys - brothers - who just started up in the Fort Worth, Blue Mound, Saginaw and Watauga area. Great guys, down to earth and extremely professional - something a computer illiterate person like myself really appreciated. So I gave them a shot. They had a tech come out and give me a free assessment (and who don't like free, am I right?!?), they cleaned up my PC, got me squared away, and so much so, that I've bought myself a membership to have them help me out with my small business - money's tight these days and efficiency is where it's at. Plus, if you run into a problem running a business, you can't really afford to wait till tomorrow - registers have to be run, customers have to see a professional setting. My membership puts me as a top priority, so much so that they won't only come out the same day but within 30 minutes or an hour or two to get me up and rolling again. Between the money I've saved from their assessment and setup and the comfort in knowing my computers are in good, timely hands - not to mention the money I'm saving by not hiring a salary-based IT tech - can't tell you how thankful I am I had to run some errands that day. Like I said: LOVE these guys.
