What made me decide not renew membership was i really found some of the staff females to be rude when i would walk and say hello the older blonde lady never ever acknowledged me but when my handsome husband would go with me the smile was so big i swear i thought i saw her ovaries but never did she say hello to me not once did she look up and say a word and when we had 4 memberships i at least EXPECTED a hello or a smile. you may have all the great machines and great classes etc etc but when your working female staff is rude then when membership renewals come by i insist that my family go to a friendlier kinder more appreciative club i have no need to mention the name of the woman who was rude look for the pretty older blonde that looks like she is pms all the time is it worth the time and money no it is not we older woman know we need to take good care of our mind and body but having to put up with rude people does not turn us off to going to a gym we find one that is friendly to ALL members
