Congratulations to Chad Sukhtipyaroge and his wife Xandra for bringing authentic Thai cuisine to the southern suburbs! Spice Thai Cuisine is a welcome addition to an area that can use many more quality ethnic restaurants. STC is set in a small strip mall on Country Rd 42 and the looks from outside are deceiving. Inside STC is quite spacious with a nice decor. The food is consistently very good. Soups excel as do the traditional regulars such as Pad Thai (try STC woon sen version), curries, and fresh spring rolls. STC is very kid friendly and have added chicken fingers for those little ones not daring enough to try something new. Give STC a shot. You will find it well worth not having to go into town to enjoy decent Thai food.
