Review content:
I rented from them in June. They don't hold up to their end of the lease. They won't make repairs. My heater wont work and they refuse to fix it. The emergency maintenence number goes to a fax line. They send people onto your property without the required 24 hour notice. They violate Missouri landlord tenant laws such as forcing you to pay rediculous security deposits. Now they are trying to evict me and my pregnant girlfriend three months into the lease stating violations of laws that don't even exist, and sueing us for $1450 per month (double our rent)and our $2175 security deposit. We havn't broken the lease, any laws and pay our rent and bills every month. They will never be able to win in court but who wants to have to hire a lawyer and fight for there home and money. I don't know what this company is trying to pull but they will try to rip you off and won't respect your privacy. Dont rent from Bernardo or Dorothy Brunetti at Brunetti realtors. There are plenty other renters out there that would be happy to have your business in this economy. Don
