I use them in 2005 (to remove a tree limb) with the highest of quality and prompt service. I even recommended them to a few people. We reached out to them this year (2007) to do some pruning. What a disaster. First, I called them a few times and they never returned any my messages. Second, when I finally did get through to someone to set up an inspection, no one ever showed up. Lastly, when someone showed after another appointment, that person was not authorized to give an estimate, so he had to give the info to his boss, who was to contact us with an estimate. It has been 2 weeks and so far no estimate. I ripped up their information and vowed never to use them again. If you want this level of service, call them, otherwise go somewhere else.
