Review content:
The atmosphere is obviously fun, and the good variety at great prices was a definite plus. However, the service that people on this site have been raving about did not exist. We arrived just before peak dinner hours on a Sunday afternoon and waiting 20 minutes for our table to be cleared. This was mildly annoying but wasn?t a problem. Our party of three was finally seated and promptly received our water and soup?without spoons. We also did not have a menu. Our Tina Fay wannabe waitress never returned. We finally waved over a much more attentive waiter and acquired the items we needed. It was extremely annoying to see our waitress assisting other parties, but blatantly ignoring ours. I?m not entirely sure what her problem was, but it certainly created a blemish on our dining experience. I might return for the atmosphere and food, but won?t be expecting the great service that I?ve heard so much about. I'm just glad we weren't depending on her to take our orders or bring our food.
