Businiess name:  Tony's Pizza-York
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
I'm a New York City born transplant I think Tony's Rocks! His spaghetti sauce reminds me of my Mother's; more than any I have ever had. What does that speak? It says, ""Home."" I highly recommend the Sausage and Peppers over spaghetti, and the Meatballs either with pasta or Parmigiana on a sub are also great. The Eggplant is good and his signature family sized Calzone is ""to die for"". My only criticism the that sometimes the pizza crust is not quite right but I attribute this to the water. Tony is a Sicilian and these recipes are genuine. This is a third generation business started by his grandfather and that says, ""Family."" I recommend that you take your family to Tony's of York again and again; and tell them that ""The boy from Brooklyn"" recommended it. Oh, and don't forget; they deliver. Pros: Authenic Italian, casual, good value Cons: limited parking
