Review content:
I had the misfortune of having a UPS package delivered the same day Big Brothers, Big Sisters (Hartsprings Foundation, Springfield, MA) came to pick up bags of clothing. Yes, they took the sealed UPS package addressed to me as well as the bags. I called about it and got a young woman who said she would have her boss call me. The call never came. I called back over the next several days and left messages. Then I emailed. They did not even have the courtesy to respond, either to acknowledge, or apologize. The taking of the UPS package may have been inadvertent, but shows that their people are poorly trained. Their lack of response to my calls and email was rude, very UN-charitable, and speaks volumes about what they think of their donors. Obviously, I never got the package or it contents returned. I will never give to Big Brothers, Big Sisters or Hartsprings Foundation, in any of its guises, again.
Cons: Untrained people, no response
