Review content:
Do not rent from these people if you can help it. We rented from them for two years and went fine, the hassle came with moving out. Although we were assured to get our deposit back minus carpet and blind cleaning, this did not turn out to be so. Their phantom maintenance company ""Hardhead Maintenance"" charged to fix everything in the apartment. The problem is that all that was fixed were the items that were broken upon move-in. This is actually against the law. Then they decided to try to usurp almost 5000 dollars for charges they did not have an explaination for. There only answer to us was that it had to go through the ""board"". Although the property manager (who told us that we would receive our deposit) was in the office, other flunkies were sent to explain the reasoning for the charges, and 'I don't know"" was the answer given.
