This was my first trip to NYC and to Norma's . We made reservations a month ahead of time so I was really excited about going. I was extremely disappointed though because our service was TERRIBLE. Our waiter didn't speak English so it was impossible to ask any questions about items on the menu. I asked for a second glass of water which I never received. Our food was ok nothing special. I ordered hazelnut crepes with fruit. They were cold when they brought them so the hazelnut filling was already hard instead of being wam and spread out. We complained to a manager that could have cared less after waiting for over 20 minutes for our checks. I would not recommend this restaurant and I would never go back.
Pros: interesting items on the menu
Cons: expensive, terrible service
