Review content:
The Front Office staff at ORH has been very courteous to me. I know at times they are extremely busy with the phones and dealing with a lot at one time. But even when I have had to wait for some help Shelia especially has been so welcoming and great with getting back to me. I know this may be one of the most difficult positions to be in at times because people who are having problems with starting a family are very fragile and don't have a lot of patience. At times we may say or do things that normally we wouldn't. So being able to overlook that and be friendly to help is an earned skill. Thank you Sheila for your smile and big hugs!
