Review content:
I went to Bam for a printing project. They quoted me an average price. However, when I got the product, the printing was done very poorly. The lettering was faded. The quality was just very poor. The cutting was also very uneven. The customer service was also very poor. When I went to talk to them, the tone they used was very rude and they were reluctant to do the job over when it was their mistake! Very poor customer service manners and printing quality. I would go to any other print shop before them.
