Great experience. We currently own 8 cars and purchase/sell/trade cars a lot. Knowing exactly the type, year and price I was willing to pay for a new car I sent out email, fax and phone calls with very specific directions and requests to 15 different dealerships. I was not contacted by the dealership closest to me, and I received the best offer/best service from Wolfchase Toyota. My husband, daughter and I traveled over 100 miles to receive a great price, great car and superior service. Steve helped surprise our daughter with her new car, going way above and beyond by making sure her car was in perfect shape and even decorated with balloons sporting her school colors! I also appreciate the fact that she will be able to take her vehicle to any Toyota dealer for maintenance. I felt very comfortable sending her off to school alone, 400 miles away, with her new vehicle. I know if there are any challenges they will be addressed by Toyota in general and Wolfchase specifically if necessary. We have twins getting their cars next year and we will save Steve's card and be back in touch at that time.
