My car broke down in south central. I called Hi-Tech a bit freaked out and Koko answered the phone and was super nice - I asked him if I could have my truck towed there and he said no problem. When I got there, he remembered me and cleared a space for my disabled truck right away. I dropped the truck off at about 3:00 PM, it was fixed and running by 6 the same day (it was just the alternator, but still). I went here because my roommate took his car there for service. They glued his side view mirror back on, changed his oil, topped off the freon in his car and checked out some other things for about $45. I hate the idea of taking my car in to a shop (I know nothing about them), but these guys are awesome and I will definitely go back for any other auto repair work I need done.
