My grandmother has owned a trailer at a park for 20 years when 7 years ago, the wonderful HAWKEYE took over. My grandmother who can no longer live by herself had to move in with my mother, I then moved into the trailer to be closer so I could help care for her. After a year of living there, HAWEYE decided to EVICT me ( after we refused to sell the trailer to them ) because I was not on the 20 year old lease. I had my name put pn the title and put in an application as they asked, and guess what, they denied it and still took me to court. And yes they even WON!! So now that my grandmother mobile home is sitting there empty and up for sale the park is denying every applicant that applies!! I can not belive this. So if you are an owner of a MOBILE HOME AND YOU FIND OUT THAT HAWKEYE IS GOING TO BE TAKING OVER YOUR PARK... SELL YOUR PLACE AND GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN!!
