I went to pick up my car from Tidwell Automotive in Plano, TX and was verbally attacked by the mechanic/owner. I asked a simple question about a coupon and I told him that he did not have to be so rude. I almost called the Plano Police Department today. I will never do business with Tidwell again nor step foot on their property. Lunatics and raving maniacs work there. They are rude and unprofessional. Existing and potential clients need to know before leaving their autos with them that they, too, might have a similar experience. Posted in their entryway are the Ten Commandments and Christian messages on their coupons. I usually don
