I was in Plano visiting and brought my car to this shop for repairs. I picked the car up from the shop, and the next day began my drive home. Within 15 minutes I noticed that the care was worse than before. It was a holiday and I was heading home, so I decided to take it limp it home to my local dealership. I explained to the local dealership what work Tidwell's had done. He said the same work would be about $250 cheaper if the they had done it. He also explained what the problem was that Tidwell's completely missed! A simple $10 part with about $150 in labor. Tidwells's opted with the more expensive guess with a priced tag of over $700.
Pros: Appears to be a nice shop
Cons: The appearance is a sham! The owner is angry and defensive.
