At Rapp Chiropractic you are treated as a person with a name, not just a number. They treat you with knowledge, love, respect, and laughter, not just medicine. Every time I walk in the door, I am greeted by name with a smile. They don't just treat your bones, they treat the mind, body, and soul as well. I have been going to the Rapp's since I was 18 years old, I am now 28 and will never go elsewhere. I am a woman who suffers with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and Dr. Nick has spent even his own personal time to help research my disease and find possible treatments. When other physicians have done nothing, he goes above and beyond. Shane Maki is mistaken in his review. It is not the responsibility of the provider to know your insurance plan as they all differ based upon your coverage and choices. He should have been in contact with his insurance company himself prior to his appointment to know what would have been covered or should have allowed the clinic adequate time to touch base with the insurance company per his plan to confirm coverage of services. Words can't express how much their dedication to their patients wellbeing means to me. If you are searching for a chiropractor who will give you the most comprehensive care, search no further, for you will truly find none better than Rapp Chiropractic!!
