Review content:
I am sorry that this office has gone from great to horrible. I was a patient about a year ago. I walked into the office and asked to make an appointment with Dr. Seibel. Apparently they had moved offices and didn't have my records on file. I had recently reinjured a herinated disc and had been going to urgent care clinics to be seen. Having no health insurance but a good job is my only saving grace. So last week I asked to schedule an appointment while in a good amount of pain. I was promised a call back, never got one. So I waited patiently, in pain for a week. Didn't call around anywhere else and called again this morning twice. Was told I would be given a call right back. For a pain management office, the receptionist either is ignorant to what pain feels like or is incompetent. I've done everything on my end, paid out of pocket for a new MRI showing I have a pinched nerve I just need to see a doctor promptly. Pros: None that I can offer at this time Cons: Office Manner, Promises to Call Back...
