Lots of pressure, guilt trips and (the thing they do best!!) belittling you when you say no to a deal they make. Seriously. I heard ""I came in today JUST for you, this is my day off"" like 5 times. I also heard ""I just got off the phone with a guy who saw this car on the internet and is going to come in and test drive it tomorrow morning!"" - WOW... REally? What a coincidence, out of all 286 cars on your lot?
