No star ....hey are not getting any stars from me. I had a family issue come up in December and I called PAC before they even called me to let them know that I did and because of the holidays I would be a little late. All my payments have like a 10 day window before I get a late fee and she calls me this evening (after I already called and told her the payment was in the mail this morning) yelling in the phone saying she knows how people like me are, and hangs up on me. I'm not sure how people do business yelling at people who are suppose to give them money. I'm reporting them to the BBB and I have the call saved luckily on my phone. She would not even let me speak and you could tell she was some type of foreign lady without much of an education. I will be sleeping in my car to avoid them trying to rob me in the night.
