Review content:
Gamedude is a massive warehouse full of games for every system imaginable. This is what makes it unique among its competitors. Also what makes it unique is its below par customer service, which I would say can be accredited to hiring stoners, slackers, and people who really dont give a crap about customer service. Now dont get me wrong, there are a few really good helpful employees in there and ill tell you who incase you havent been. Tall really skinny white guy who squints badly, always helpful. Asian/hispanic hybrid, really nice guy. And another hispanic guy who wears glasses. But everyone else, including the black manager, would be fired in less than 3 days at any gamestop. How do I know? I own 2 gamestop franchises, and those guys would be gone. What they dont know is, I am seriously considering purchasing Gamedude outright seeing as it has a lot of potential. I pose as a customer, and I look pretty young, so they actually have no idea who I am, which is good, since Ive been evaluating who I would keep and who I wouldnt. Also when I buy it, we will be opening earlier than 11AM. I know its hard to roll out of bed before 10 when youve smoked 5 bongloads the night before, but they will have to get used to it. So dont worry everyone, the customer service should be improving greatly in the coming year or so. And *gasp* we may even wear shirts or nametags.
