Review content:
This place is the by far the best trailer park in Ames. It is immaculately maintained, low lot rent, excellent management and good retention of trailer home value. This park has been here for years and offers a nice variety of well maintained older homes and newer construction. The lawns are well kept and there are lots of trees which are regularly trimmed. You are immediately next to the Iowa State Veterinary College and within a short bus ride to the main Iowa State campus. The park has a pool, tennis courts, playground areas and a laundromat.
Pros: Excellent Service, park care and Community
Cons: May be short on parking in places, Breed-specific dog restrictions in lease contract
