Businiess name:  Hashiguchi Japanese Restaurant
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
My boyfriend and I visited Hashiguchi because of the excellent reviews, and the fact that it's Zagat rated. I've eaten sushi for years - in Detroit (my hometown), Boston, Miami, Chicago and San Diego. I love it; I can't get enough. And I especially love QUALITY sushi. Not just fried, American versions (although, this can be good if done well) of this Japanese food. The quality of the fish is very important to me, and that's what Hashiguchi has - quality fish. This isn't a pretentious place you go to be seen, although there seem to be many of these types of sushi places in Atlanta. But if you are looking for good quality fish at a decent price, this is the place to go. Every peice of ngiri was excellent. Many times, I go to get sushi, and find that while MOST of the fish is great, there are one or two pieces that just aren't good, or even bad. But all of the fish here was excellent - the tuna, the salmon, the yellowtail and the eel were all wonderful, flavorful and perfect. We'll be back again. Pros: Great quality fish Cons: Ambience, location
