Review content:
Overall, its not a bad place- but it's not Great. I visited with my girlfriends and was displease with the staff and policy of the oaks. First, we were informed that we had to provide our own robes and slippers. Then we found out that if you are booking only one service you have to book that morning because overnight guest have preference. They also told us that if we were not booking the ""day of pampering"" spa package, we were not allowed to use the facilities. One of us was only getting a message, so they expected her to wait in the lobby for us all day until her appointment. The staff claimed it was a ""liability"" issue. After pleading they allowed her to use the pool, but did not offer her a locker for her clothes. If you expected a certain level of luxury don't go here. Pros: Inexpensive, Skill, Food Cons: Decor, Staff , No robes or slippers
