Businiess name:  Gigi's Pilates Studio

Review content:
I first heard about Gigi's Pilates Studio when I was picking up my dry cleaning at a nearby facility and saw one of her flyers introducing the studio to the neighborhood. Once the studio opened, I decided to go in and inquire about classes. I had never done Pilates before other than Windsor Pilates videos and a few experimental classes at a local gym but knew that I wanted to try a mat class at a more personalized studio. I met Gigi herself and we discussed the extent of my experience with Pilates. For my own benefit, they recommended I take a 30-min introductory session to learn the basic moves of STOTT Pilates, the style they practice at her studio. Since that day, it has been about 2 years that I've been going to Gigi. I started with mat classes and have since combined those with a ""trio"" session on the Reformer. I absolutely LOVE the studio, LOVE pilates, and would never entertain going elsewhere. I know I am being trained properly in mat class and on the Reformer, especially considering Gigi's studio is the only studio in Iowa to offer certification & continuing education courses to other instructors in Iowa. Would HIGHLY recommend this studio. Although attending your first class can be a little intimidating, give it a chance. You will become more comfortable with every class you attend. And your stomach will feel firm and tone even after that first class!!
