Let me just put it this way, Primo motors is the worst dealer in Central NY , its not the 1st time for me buying a car, but those people have made my life a living hell
i decided to buy a car from them about 6 months ago , and paid for the car in cash right on the spot, the car had few lights on the dash and they promised to TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING , but they never did, a month later the car started blowing black smoke, i took the car back and asked them for my money back , they didn't give me a penny and told me that i had to wait,
i had no choice but to settle for another car , that i thought was a little better , but now the same lights on the dash ,and they told me that they can't do anything about it anymore , and they charged me an extra 580 dollars
i have said it to their face and i will say it here , SIMPLY THE WORST DEALER IN NYS.
